We ship with Australia Post, to anywhere they deliver in Australia. We have a standard and express service available, although due to current restrictions Australia Post are experiencing significant delays and cannot guarantee next day delivery on express post. If you are in Melbourne we offer same day delivery every weekday, and every day in December, simply choose the option at checkout. If you need delivery on a specific date, contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to provide a quote.
Orders take 5-10 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it’s going.
If you select express shipping, it may take approximately 2-4 days. We will fulfil orders placed before 1pm the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.
We ship Monday – Friday and are closed weekends.
As delivery is provided by a third party, and there are currently significant delays, we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date. We offer nominated day delivery with Startrack and can provide a quote if you wish to have an item delivered on a certain day.

We can ship international on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that our free shipping codes only apply to orders within Australia.
All sales are final, however if the gift arrives faulty or damaged from transit please photograph the gift and email us as soon as possible. We will re-send the product and pay for the return postage charges. In the case where the product is no longer available, we will offer a full refund or exchange. We will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

Yes! At check out you will be given the opportunity to select a custom-designed gift card. All you need to do is provide us with your message, and we will hand write it with care. Alternatively, you can request to leave the card blank if you are giving in person and wish to write on it yourself.
We love finding new and amazing items to include in our gift boxes, and some items are limited production. So we change things up and keep them fresh!
We don’t include receipts inside any of our gift boxes. We also do not alter any product packaging by removing or crossing out labels however many of our products don’t have prices shown, or prices are discreetly located on packaging.
