  • Shipping

    What are the shipping options?

    We ship with Australia Post, to anywhere they deliver in Australia. We have a standard and express service available. If you are in Melbourne and have a gifting emergency, contact us at info@thegiftingguild.com.au and we will do everything we can to assist you.

    How long will it take to be delivered?

    Orders take 2-5 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it’s going.

    If you select express shipping, we will fulfil orders placed before 12pm the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.

    We ship Monday – Friday and are closed weekends.

    Can you deliver on a specific day?

    As delivery is provided by a third party, we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date, however if you email us at info@thegiftingguild.com.au with your order number and the date you’d like it to arrive on, and we’ll see what we can do! Alternatively, we can add a really cute "DON’T OPEN UNTIL ____" sticker on the box. Just ask for it in the notes at checkout.

    Where do you ship?

    We ship anywhere in Australia that Australia Post delivers to.

    We can ship international on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Just email us at info@thegiftingguild.com.au. Please note that our free shipping codes only apply to orders within Australia.

    Help! I need a gift urgently!

    If you live in Melbourne, you can collect your gift from us directly. Email us at info@thegiftingguild.com.au to make arrangements.

  • Returns

    What is your returns policy?

    All sales are final, however if the gift arrives faulty or damaged from transit please photograph the gift and email us as soon as possible. We will re-send the product and pay for the return postage charges. In the case where the product is no longer available, we will offer a full refund or exchange. We will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Products

    I have a question about a product.

    Please email us at info@thegiftingguild.com.au with ‘Product Query’ in the subject line. In an instance we don’t know the answer straight away, we will get in touch with the supplier and get back to you as quickly as possible.

    Do your gifts come with a card?

    Yes! At check out you will be given the opportunity to select a custom-designed gift card. All you need to do is provide us with your message, and we will hand write it with care. Alternatively, you can request to leave the card blank if you are giving in person and wish to write on it yourself.

    Do your gifts get updated or changed?

    We love finding new and amazing items to include in our gift boxes, and some items are limited production. So we change things up and keep them fresh!

    Do you remove prices?

    We don’t include receipts inside any of our gift boxes. We also do not alter any product packaging by removing or crossing out labels however many of our products don’t have prices shown, or prices are discreetly located on packaging.
